“A Spot of Tea to Save the Bees” is a BOS Ice Tea initiative encouraging people who love BOS to reuse their packaging to share just a little bit of their ice tea with a tired and thirsty bee. For the first time BOS Ice Tea drinkers are able to use every product touchpoint – the drink, the can, and the carrier pack.
We designed a transformable and interactive 6-pack carrier that caught the attention of people and bees – with a little “secret ingredient” thrown in just for the bees.
Each of the flowers pop out of the carrier pack as a perforation and contain a small de-bossed indent at the pollen sac, which holds a “spot of tea” for bees to safely drink from. The flowers are secured onto a BOS Ice Tea can turning the can into a stem which can then be “planted” outside to attract bees in need of a refreshing energy boost.
